Hornets tame Tigers, 92-66

The Big Lake boys basketball team turned a close game into a rout Thursday, beating Princeton 92-66 at home.

Gymnasts beat Wildcats

The Big Lake Hornets varsity gymnastics team beat Chisago Lakes 134.275-123.725 last week  but lost to North Branch, 140.850-134.525 this week.

Young wrestlers finish eighth at state tournament

Big Lake’s 9th Grade and Under Team wrestled at the  State Tournament in Hastings on Jan. 18 and placed eighth out of 24 teams.
