MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING DRAFT SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT
After reveiew of application materials,the MPCA Commis-sioner has made a preliminary determination to approve the application and issue a permit for modification to Advanced Disposal Services Rolling Hills Landfill, Inc. for the Veolia ES Rolling Hills Landfill. Brief descriptive information on the application, facility location and facility are located below:

Brief Description of Facility: The facility is an industrial solid waste landfill located in Wright County, The permit modification addressed by this public notice reflects a change in ownership of the Veolia ES Rolling Hills Landfill. Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. acquired via stock purchase the solid waste assets of Veolia ES Solid Waste, Inc. The proposed permit modification will only change the name of the facility to Advanced Disposal Services Rolling Hills Landfill, Inc. No changes to either the design or operations of the facility are included in this permit modification. If approved, the permit modification will allow for the continued operation of the facility under the name Advanced Disposal Services Rolling Hills Landfill, Inc. through the end of the original five year term of the permit which expires on September 13, 2015.
