Level II offender living in Clearwater

The Wright County Sheriff’s Dept. has reported a Level II sex offender has moved into Clearwater and is living in the vicinity of Hwy. 24 and Ash Street.
The offender, Duane Lloyd Swanson, 43, was released from jail Aug. 29, 2013. He is six feet two inches tall and weighs 248 pounds. His complexion is medium, eyes, blue, hair, red and of large build.
   He has a history of sexual contact with victims, males, 12-14, with contact including fondling. The offender was known to one victim, while his relationship to another victim is unclear, the sheriff’s office reports.
   The sheriff’s office asks residents who may report criminal activity by this offender may call 911 or their office, 1-763-682-7600.
