Hospital feeling the pinch of doctor shortage

CentraCare-Monticello public boardmembers got a glimpse into the difficulties of doctor recruitment when they held their “annual meeting,” a two-hour session last Thursday evening.

Mischief Managed opens in Big Lake

Psychotherapist Leah Corder has opened a new business in Big Lake,  Mischief Managed, in the Jefferson Square building above the Fudgin’ Delicious Ice Cream Shop.

Participating in the ceremony were Kyle Schlangen, Matt Chmielewski, Kevin Schlangen, Shelly Zierdt, Jeff Zierdt, Matt Schiller, Melissa Schiller, Raeanne Danielowski, Dustin Vaverek, Doug Boser and Heidi Steinmetz. Lupulin Brewing is a 10-barrel craft brewery and taproom slated to open in first quarter 2015 in Big Lake.
