12-2 volley team placed second

The Big Lake Girls JO Volleyball Club participated in the Heartland Volleyball tournament in Monticello last weekend.  The 12-2 Team placed second.

1st place for local boy's basketball players

A team of local boy's youth basketball players took 1st place in the North St. Paul Minnesota Youth Athletic Services (MYAS) Spring 5th Grade Tournament.

Nagorski played in 7th grade MYAS Rising Star Showcase

Logan Nagorski, Big Lake, played in the 7th grade MYAS Rising Stars Showcase at Anoka-Ramsey Community College Sat., March 22.



CASSIE TINIUS, CentraCare director of physician recruitment, spoke to the local hospital board about the difficulties of physician recruitment. But the job continues, she said, in spite of significant competition for doctors from other hospitals.
