1st place at the Cheesehead Championship

  The 16U Big Lake girls fast pitch team took first place at the Cheesehead Championship in Wisconsin Dells June 21-22. The girls were undefeated during the two-day tournament.

County looking to expand broadband

As a way to encourage economic development and help businesses stay competitive, Sherburne County is looking to expand high-speed Internet infrastructure throughout the county.

The Big Lake High School Class of 1954 held their 60th class reunion at Russell’s in Big Lake Wednesday.
