Annual Salad and Style Show

Clearwater United Methodist Women  are having their  annual salad and style 
show on Sat May 10.  Christopher and Banks Store from Albertville Mall will provide the fashions.  Racks of clothes will be for sale at the church for 40% off. 
Cost is $8.00.  Tickets can be reserved by calling Margaret at 558-6646.

Tennis loses to Cambridge 6-1

The Big Lake Hornets boys tennis number one singles player junior Jett Weiand won his match against Cambridge Bluejacket opponent Destin Modina in three sets.

SAM DOKKEBAKKEN scored a run and drove in two more with a double in Big Lake’s 7-2 win over Spring Lake Park Tuesday. Dokkebakken suffered a loss on the mound, 4-0 to Rogers Monday.

Hornets split 2 games

The Big Lake baseball team split two games over the past week.
Monday the Hornets beat Spring Lake Park, 7-2 at home.
